He is the recipient of numerous awards, and has been elected to the Institute of Medicine in the National Academy of Science. Dr Cummings has designed and led many large studies about osteoporosis and aging. He is emeritus Professor of Medicine and Epidemiology from the University of California, San Francisco and Director of the San Francisco Coordinating Center.

Chief Operating OfficerAnthony Costello is a leader in the areas of technology innovation and clinical operations. After beginning his research career at Genentech, Costello went on to co-found several technology start-up companies including Nextrials, a clinical research firm where he worked for 10 years as the VP of Product Development. Costello has also served as Chairman of the Board for the SCDM, on the Founding committee for the CDISC CDASH initiative and is currently a member of the editorial advisory board for Applied Clinical Trials magazine. He is a frequent presenter on topics related to the efficient use of technology and clinical research. He has a degree in Sociology from UC Berkeley.

Senior Vice President, Medical Affairs & Senior Medical DirectorDr. Bradly Jacobs has broad-based experience in healthcare services and technology in academic, consulting, start-up and corporate settings, having held Medical Director positions at University of California, San Francisco and at Revolution Health Networks. Dr. Jacobs has developed a national reputation for developing innovative clinical models by incorporating Health 2.0 and health information technology, integrative medicine, and personalized medicine into both direct to consumer and employer health environments. Dr. Jacobs received his medical degree from Stanford University, and a MPH from UC Berkeley. He has a private practice at Cavallo Point Lodge in Sausalito, California.
